How to Perform a Factory Reset ( forgot password/IP address)

In case you have forgotten the password or IP address, please refer to the factory reset option below.
Option 1: default Factory by reset button on Hikvision CCTV and after complete please go to https://it.servicedesk.chipmonginsee.com/kb/faq.php?id=10
Option 2: using the SADP tool on your PC
- Download and Install the SADP Tool from the https://display.hikvision.com/en/support/tools/hitools/clea8b3e4ea7da90a9/
- Run the application — it will automatically scan your local network for connected Hikvision devices.
Select the device you want to configure from the list.
